Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases made on trendicy.com.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These exceptions are clearly indicated on the product page.
Return Process
To request a return, contact

- Order number
- Reason for return
Return instructions will be provided by our support team.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking or handling fees are charged.
Return Method
All returns must be sent by mail. We do not offer in-store returns or drop-off locations.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue.
